For over 50 years, the Fischer family have been supplying the hat industry with the materials and goods they require to be successful. Today, they continue to provide the high quality service and product range, backed up by the same efficient delivery service as they did back then.

Starting in 1934, Mr Willy Fischer began trading as an import/export merchant operating as an agent for Swiss braid manufacturer, supplying the hat industry of the time with hoods and braids needed for ladies hats.

W. Fischer & Sons (Luton) Ltd as the new company was called, began trading on the 23rd June 1954. Joined by his two sons Eric and Peter, the family business now includes the third generation with Alan also joining the company.

Diversifying a little over the years adapting to the changing marketplace, the company now supplies Chinese natural hoods, synthetic braids, wool hoods and imitation fur material and of course all manner of hats for men, woman and children.
